What’s the biggest complaint employees have these days?

Here are the top three, according to a survey from Randstad USA:

  • Too much gossip
  • Dirty dishes left in the breakroom
  • Poor time management

What’s worth complaining about?

The list goes on to include:

  • Strong scents (perfume and food)
  • Loud noises
  • Electronic devices (mostly cell phones)

Interestingly, when employees were asked which one of these pet peeves they’d speak up about, they didn’t mention gossip – even though it claims the top spot.

They said they would most likely complain to a co-worker about loud noises and messiness in shared spaces.
