How motivated do you feel when you’re in the office?
Hopefully, very – because it turns out the majority of employees would leave their jobs if they felt disengaged, according to a recent survey from officeteam.com.
When employees were asked the likelihood of leaving their current position if they didn’t feel engaged:
- 61% said very or somewhat likely
- 22% said not very likely
- 16% said not likely
Motivated employees stay in the same job longer, have higher productivity and give better customer service, says Robert Hosking, OfficeTeam executive director.
